Digital Marketing Executive

Company Profile:
The company is a leading energy supplier in the emerging Greek energy market with significant growth rate offering a portfolio of services to both corporate and residential customers.

Overall Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the right incumbent will be responsible for establishing digital communications and implementing the company’s web marketing strategies across a range of digital channels including display advertising, search as well as coordinating social media programs.

Position Requirements:
Develop road map for website that supports the goals of providing inspiration, product information, moving consumers through the purchase funnel. Drive customers to aligned contractors and/or generate leads.
Setting up, tracking and implementing web campaigns
Working with SEO agency to increase natural search traffic
Working with the web solutions agency to improve the layout of the web site as well to implement new customer oriented applications
Liaising with digital media buying agencies
Dealing with publishers for independent media buys
Monitoring, evaluating and analyzing of campaign performance
Collaborating with advertising agency to develop innovative and effective online advertising creative
Helping expand the brands presence across social media and emerging platforms
Provide reporting, insight and analysis to senior management
Understanding, managing and optimizing the conversion funnel to maximize customer acquisition
Ensure consistent corporate message is communicated to consumers across electronic media, updating the web site content continuously.
Candidate Profile:
University degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Digital Marketing. A postgraduate diploma is considered a plus.
Excellent command of the English language and advanced PC skills.
Two years’ experience, ideally gained working with major consumer brands (agency or client side)
Able to work in a fast paced, change oriented environment, yet flexible enough to adapt to changes.
"Hands on" and "can-do" approach, willing to help where required
Strong emphasis on performance and results
